The Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas is a huge 160,000 ton cruise ship owned and operated by Royal Caribbean. She is a Freedom class of ship and capable of carrying between 3,634 and 4,900 passengers depending on whether all beds are filled. Independence of the Seas will be cruising from Southampton throughout 2012 before re-positioning to Miami in November for a series of Caribbean cruises.
