For many, Transatlantic Cruises are normally associated with Cunard and their Southampton - New York route however, most cruise lines offer some form of Transatlantic cruise albeit repositioning cruises. Occasionally return cruises to the Caribbean are classed as Transatlantic cruises; but not with the purists. Traditionally these short six or seven night cruises are from Southampton.
